On March 8th, the trial of Derek Chauvin, one of the four killer cops being tried in the murder of George Floyd, is set to begin. The whole world witnessed the brutality that stole George Floyd’s life. People took to the streets in Chicago this Summer, as they did in cities and towns in every state in this country, to demand justice for him and all those murdered by police. We are taking the streets again for a rally, march, and car caravan in solidarity with Minnesota organizers, whose state has never seen a white police officer prosecuted for murdering a Black person. We are demanding justice for George Floyd and all those murdered by police, that Derek Chauvin and all four officers involved in George Floyd’s murder be convicted and taken off the streets, CPAC Now for community control of police, and Free Them All! Stand with us on March 8th at 6 PM at Federal plaza.
