Therefore we’re canceling our rally and march, but will be setting up tables in Daley Plaza and other spots in the area with signups for canvassing, phone banking, and street canvassing from now until the IL primary.
Bernie Sanders’ historic presidential campaign is mobilizing millions of people to fight for fundamental changes in our society. We need Medicare for All, the cancellation of all student debt, a Green New Deal, and to fight the billionaire class altogether.
Like in 2016, where 3000 people in January and 5000 in February came out, there will be a big rally and March for Bernie in Chicago on Saturday, March 7th At 130pm. Students, workers, union members, and progressive activists will rally to show our support for Bernie and prove the strength of our movement. We can use this Rally and March to strengthen Bernie’s position here in Illinois just ahead of the primary.
Join the movement for historic change on March 7th 1:30pm outside the plaza. At the rally, there will be signups for canvassing, phone banking, and street canvassing to take place in the days leading up to the IL primary.
