Court Support Needed- Show Up for Beto!

Beto is part of the OCAD family and has been detained and fighting his deportation for the past 8 months.

Although he is DACA eligible, ICE has refused him the opportunity to apply for this and has ordered him deported. In response to this, he has filed two lawsuits to address the harm that has been done to Beto and the wrongdoing of the multiple agencies involved. These lawsuits argue that Beto should be at home with his community, renewing his DACA, not jailed in Iowa.

Faced with the lawsuits, ICE has not been consistent with their their version of events and is not willing to share documents pertaining to Beto’s case. We need to show up to ensure that ICE shares documents needed for Beto’s case. We need to show them that he has a community that is watching and supporting him!!
