The Illinois Supreme Court Commission on Pretrial Practices will issue recommendations for the future of our state’s pretrial justice system in December 2019. Illinois residents have been calling on the Commission to open their process to the public and hear the voices of people impacted by the unjust practice of pretrial incarceration. On June 17th, they are hosting a public hearing in Chicago.

Join us as we rally before the public hearing and then head to the hearing at the Bilandic Building, 5th Floor, Room C-500 (160 N. LaSalle Street) to make sure that our voices are heard!
