On Thursday, YMCA of Metro Chicago child care workers are taking part in a one-day strike to protest unfair labor practices. They need your support.
For months workers have been fighting for a fair contract that raises wages and puts an end to the short staffing crisis at the YMCA. Join workers and some special guests on the picket line at the YMCA Headquarters (1030 West Van Buren). A press conference will follow at noon.
Workers will also be picketing from 7 AM to 6 PM at the Y locations listed below. Stop by to show them your support.
