This case, involving the brutal murder of 17 year Laquan McDonald is critical for Chicago and the nation.
The murder of Black people by killer cops has gone unpunished in Ferguson, St. Louis, New York, Baltimore, Cleveland, California, North Carolina, Chicago and all over this nation. Its time to break this cycle of injustice right here, right now in Chicago.
So we are calling upon everyone in this city, other cities and throughout the world to join in protest on December 6, 9am. demanding the trial of Jason Van Dyke and the prosecution of all those complicit in the murder of Laquan McDonald.
Let us not pass up the opportunity to stand up, fightback and win our demand this coming December 6. Join us by being at the courthouse or protesting where ever you are as an act of solidarity. We are not only demanding a trial we are getting ready to be all out for the trial. All Power to the People!!!
